James Brennan BSc CEng MIEI

After building, running and selling a successful telecoms tower business JB Towers, James decided to shift his focus and extensive background in engineering to the tensile fabric and energy industry.

In his previous role as Director of JBT&BKG Construction he was instrumental in several large Power Projects from feasibility to design and construction.

James sees the Power and renewables industry as an existing new area where an agile organisation such as SPC can add value and help delivery successful projects for investors and developers in this market.

With a keen eye on the evolving power and renewables industry, James identifies it as a promising sector where SPC’s agile approach can add significant value to investors and developers. Alex Locke

With 20 years experience in the construction industry Alex has worked with major players in the industry, such as Babcock International, Balfour Beatty and Arqiva.

He has extensive experience executing the civils component of Gas Generation Plants working with clients such as Cummins & AVK. He has worked for developers such as Ylem and delivered numerous sites prior to his decision to join the team at SPC as Managing Director.

As the Managing Director of SPC, Alex brings his extensive experience and strategic vision to lead the team towards excellence. His past achievements demonstrate his commitment to delivering high-quality projects and aligning with clients’ objectives effectively.
